Using WebOrder
Using WebOrder consists of 3 easy steps.
- Select a price list month
- Enter your Order
- Submit your Order
Select a price list month
You must first select a price list month.
- Select the month in which your order is due. If you're not sure, ask your coordinator.
- If you select the wrong month, you may order items that are not yet available. These items will not be shipped.
- If you do not select a month, you cannot search or browse items, and your favorites will not work. (You can still use QuickOrder).
Enter your Order
Entering your order can be done in 3 ways.
1. QuickOrder
- Click on the QuickOrder link at the top of the page
- Enter the item numbers and quantity desired
- You may enter up to 20 items at a time
- Click Add to Order and your selections will be added to the order
- To order more products, click on QuickOrder again at the top of the screen
2. Browse for products
- Click on a Category on the left side
- Click on a Subcategory
- Choose an item to add to your order
3. Search for products
- On the left side, enter a search word or phrase, click Search
- You may also click on Search in the header, for a more advanced Search
Submit your Order
- Click on View Basket to view your Order.
- Click on Check Out, then Continue, to save your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Your coordinator will also receive a copy of this confirmation.
