Price List/Invoice Download

Price List - Please select which month's price list you'd like to download. Only the current and next month's price lists are available online.

Current Invoice - Please enter your customer number to download your current invoice.

Download Instructions:

Once you have selected the file you wish to download, click the Download button and save the file to your WinOrder directory (usually C:\Winorder).

WinOrder 3x
From within Winorder 3x, go to Menu and select File...Import Pricelist or File...Process Invoice depending on the file you have downloaded. 

WinOrder 2x
Go to Reports to process the invoice.

If an error occurs when attempting to download a file, it may be the file is unavailable. If you are downloading your invoice, you may have entered an incorrect customer number.

If you have any problems, please contact ShopNatural Information Technology at for assistance. 

Once your order is processed at our warehouse, your invoice is available for download using WinOrder. 

Invoices are available approximately two days after your order date. The exact timing of invoice availability is detailed below. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at .

Monday 
After 5 pm		 Tuesday 
After 8 pm		 Wednesday 
After 8 pm		 Thursday 
After 8 pm		 Friday 
After 8 pm		 Saturday
