Order and Delivery Schedules Now Available online!

We've added new links for your convenience! You can now go to the "membership" tab at the top, then click on the "order and delivery schedule" link on the left for a printable annual delivery calendar by route. The 2006 order and delivery schedules have been sent to members, via email to those that have email addresses on file, and via USPS to those whose email addresses are not on file. If you would like another copy of your schedule, please contact Customer Service at . Please ensure that a "spam filter" is not preventing our emails from getting to you.

Other important information such as order reminders, links to your order status and Holiday schedule changes are also sent to our customers via email. Please contat us with your email address if we do not already have this on file for you and your members.

Fax/Mail Order Form
You can order a copy of the fax order form and it will be delivered with your order. If you would like to order a copy of this order form, please add item # 21244 to your regular order.

Price List Distribution
Please let customer service know if you need to reduce or increase the number of monthly price lists that your group is receiving. If your group does not order on every delivery cycle for your area, please notify customer service of your order dates. This way we are sending out the correct months publications for you and your group members. Email or call us at

Extended Order Taking Hours
For your convenience, customer service offers extended order hours from 8 am to 4 pm MST, Monday-Friday. Please note orders must be received by 4 pm MST on your scheduled order day. You can call for information up until 5 pm MST on weekdays. Our officesat 8 am MST.

Price Increase

Due to a major vendor price increase, item #21561 (Fakin Bacon, 1.5 lb.) has been increased to $14.49.

Knudsen Just Cranberry Juice is back!

Item #19801, Knudsen Just Cranberry Juice (Qt.) is back. Be sure to look for this item in the May Price List.

New Case Discounts for April

We are now able to give a 10% discount based on the number of units in a case. Previously we were able to give discounts only on 12 or more of an item. This was very labor intensive for the warehouse when cases were larger than 12 units. For example, a 24 pack of canned cat food had to bed, and 12 pieces had to be counted. This resulted in a savings for the customer but increased labor for the warehouse. We now can give 10% off on the actual case itself. This way the discount is cost effective - our warehousers give you a full case of a product. We still will give you the discount on all items that you purchase above the case size. If you order 14 bottles of juice that come 12 to a case, you will get the discount on all the bottles you purchased.

We will not give discounts on packages of products with less than 10 items to a case. We will give 10% off on purchases of multiple packages. For example, Bob's Red Mill has many products that come 4 to a pack. If you buy three packs (12 units), you will receive the discount. For items that come 8 to a pack - you will need to buy two packs or 16 to get the discount.

You now will be able to see your savings right in the price book. A new column shows you how many items you have to buy to receive the case discount. For example, a product that sells for $5.00 comes in a case of 12. You will now see 4.50/12+ which means you save fifty cents on each item if you buy 12 or more.

We need your suggestions
We are considering giving discounts on small cases - such as a 5% discount on Rudi's Bread. This bread comes 6 to a case. However, if you buy 12, you would still only get a 5% discount. Also, if we gave a larger discount on quantity purchases such as a 12% discount if you purchased two cases of Knudsen juice, would you consider buying more? We are not able to give "tiered" discounts at this point (5% for 6, 10% for 12), but if you think that this would be beneficial, we will consider making those changes in the future.
