BRRRRRR! TCW's New Freezer

You've been reading and hearing a lot about the new freezer we're building to respond to the increased demand for frozen natural foods. Well, we wanted to share pictures of our progress with you! Check back from time to time and we'll have new pictures of the freezer as it's built.

As always, if you have any questions, please let us know!

The bobcat removing the old concrete floor. Strange looking machine that eats concrete for breakfast! Once the concrete was demolished by the concrete-eating bobcat, the pile of rubble had to be cleared out. The rubble is cleared and we can now see the dirt. Next step, install a vapor barrier, insulation and new concrete.

This shows show the vapor barrier (the black layer) and the insulation being laid down on top. Since cold air drops (heat rises), we have to make sure the floor is insulated so we don't lose our cool! Check back soon for more photos of our new freezer!
