View Order Help
You can do several things in the View Order
Screen.
1. Submit your Order
2. Retrieve your Order
Submit
Your Order
When you click on Submit Order:
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Your coordinator will also receive a copy of this confirmation.
When you submit your order, you are saving it so
the coordinator can process it and sent it to TCW.

The order sits in this saved location until the
coordinator of your group downloads it. At that time, the order is removed, and
you can no longer modify it.
Retrieve
Your Order
If you have an existing order, it will
automatically be retrieved when you login. You can then make changes, and
resubmit the order.
This will load the submitted order, which you can then modify. Be sure to
submit
the order again after modifying it.
If your coordinator has already processed the order, you will not be able to
modify it. In that case, you have 2 options:
- Deleting items - Contact your coordinator.
- Adding items - You may create a new order and submit it. When the
coordinator processes the second order, it will Add (not replace) the new
order to the first order.
For example:
1st Order: Item 123 Qty 5
2nd Order: Item 123 Qty 2, Item 345 Qty 1
Your new Order will be:
Item 123 Qty 7, Item 345 Qty 1
