Heading home from Toole Avenue Market
Heading west or north
If you're heading west or north, take
Toole Avenue north (back the way you came). Toole Avenue merges with Broadway.
Turn right on Broadway. From there, you can continue straight ahead onto East
Toole Avenue, which will then intersect with Stone (and other north/south
roads). You can also merge to the left and stay on Broadway, which becomes
Congress and takes you through downtown.
Heading east
To get back on Broadway heading east,
go north on Toole Avenue (back the way you came) for about 1/8 mile. Turn left
on 12th Street (the first street on the left that you come to). Go two short
blocks to the 4-way stop at 4th Avenue. Turn right (north) on 4th Avenue. Go one
short block to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway, heading under the overpass and
snake bridge.
Heading south
From the Toole Avenue parking lot, turn
right and head south over the railroad tracks. You'll have to wind through the
industrial neighborhood to get to 22nd Street. Alternately, you can turn left
out of the parking lot, turn left on 12th Street and then left (south) on 4th
Avenue. This is a more direct route to 22nd Street.
